Birla Trimaya

Birla Trimaya is an ultra-luxurious township project on Shettigere Road in Devanahalli, North Bangalore. Covers an expansive area of 52 acres, the project offers thoughtfully developed 1, 2, 3 BHK apartments and duplex homes. The apartments range from 700 sq. ft to 1650 sq. ft, with options for 1, 2, and 3 BHK properties at a starting price of 50 lakhs. Duplex homes are offered at 3000 sq. ft. A retail development is also a part of the project.

The project's first phase consists of two towers, each with 25 stories. Phase 1 contains 550 flats in total, which is completely sold out. Phase 2 will launch soon.
