Birla Trimaya is a futuristic pre-launch township project by Birla Estates, offering Apartments, Row-House, Duplex and convenience retail. The project spans 52 Acres located in Property No. 103 Shettigere, Main Road, Before KIAL, Devanahalli, Bangalore. Apartment sizes range from 550 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft., and the starting price is 50 lakhs. This largest township in North Bangalore is being developed in multiple phases. The project consists of residential and commercial housing units.
