Birla Centurion

The remarkable commercial project Birla Centurion is located in Worli, South Mumbai. It is a stand- alone building with twelve stories, a mezzanine, and two basements, perfect for corporate headquarters due to its highly efficient design. The project offers over 3,50,000 square feet of total leasable office space. With a maximum area of 30,970 square feet and a maximum height of approximately 4.2 meters, each flexible floor plate has a polished elevator lobby on each floor.

The outside architecture offers outstanding elements in the broad, airy, triple-height general lobby. Intervals between the brass mesh panels' diamond shapes and tones. This vast and impressive lobby has a personality all its own. The lobby's centrepiece is a full wall of mysterious mixed-media artwork by Jagannath Panda titled The Tree of Life. The entrance opens to a water fountain. Birla Centurion has received a LEED Platinum rating from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). It demonstrates that the building was constructed with the greatest environmental consideration and will be maintained during its operation by using significantly less energy.

The elegant design combines modern trends with a minimalist aesthetic. The glass façade with its geometric blue and white diamond formation is a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture and art, designed in collaboration with RSP Architects, Singapore. Being a part of an affluent 20-acre Century Mill property up for construction, Birla Centurion is linked with wide stretches of green landscapes, adding to the tranquillity.

Situated in the Worli commercial district, Birla Centurion is a well-known skyscraper with convenient access to the city's best spots from Senapati Bapat Marg and Dr Annie Besant Rd intersection. Birla Centurion is the most sought-after corporate address because of its easy access to Mumbai's central and western corridors.

The project offers a vibrant nightlife to keep you captivated and is close to opulent hotels like the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, and St. Regis. Travelling is never difficult at the Birla Centurion because of the nearby premier railway stations, the Bandra Worli Sea Link, and close proximity to Mumbai's main business centres.
